The Resort
Suspended above the pristine waters of the archipelago, our intimate property caters to romantic escapes as well as family getaways. With only eight private accommodations, guests enjoy absolute privacy. Gaze out from your personal deck as the ocean stretches endlessly toward distant island peaks.
Inside each 27 sqm space, you will find a plush king-size bed, climate control, plus expansive windows framing ocean vistas. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub alongside a walk-in shower. Glass panels built into the floor allow you to observe marine activity directly from your bedroom.
Your stay includes full-board dining with hearty portions of regional dishes served daily in our main restaurant area. Step straight from our wooden jetty into the reef using provided snorkeling gear. Accessing the property requires a brief 15-minute speedboat journey from Seafest Jetty departing precisely at 2:00 PM.

Offering our most generous floor plan, this layout accommodates up to four guests with two comfortable beds and a cozy sofa. Spend your afternoon on the expansive outer deck relaxing on premium loungers or reclining on the suspended mesh net over the water. The dark-finished bathroom includes a standalone tub facing the ocean. Climate control runs continuously for your comfort.

Journey Logistics
Tawau Airport (TWU) is your primary entry point located 85 kilometers inland. Domestic carriers like Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia provide frequent connections from Kuala Lumpur. The compact terminal makes arrival straightforward.
Expect a scenic 90-minute drive through palm plantations to reach the jetty. You can easily hire a taxi, rent a vehicle or book a private transfer through our concierge. Standard taxi fares range from RM80 to RM120.
Our dedicated vessel leaves the Seafest Jetty right at 2:00 PM. This complimentary 15-minute ride glides smoothly across the bay. Please ensure you are at the waterfront by 1:45 PM to board.

One of the best resort stays in Semporna. The boat from Seafeast Jetty takes about 15 minutes. A welcome drink of blue lemon soda was served on arrival which was a refreshing start.
